Even if you've never made anything before, this kit offers an easy, rewarding experience and it makes a thoughtful, one-of-a-kind gift for your loved ones too.
Start by setting up your workspace and wearing gloves. Choose your mold and prepare a mixing cup.
Mix two parts of Amalite powder (CCL 110) with one part polymer liquid (PLC 1). Stir well until the texture is smooth.
Add a tiny bit of pigment for colour and mix again.
Slowly pour the mixture into your mold and tap it gently to remove air bubbles.
Let it set for 30–45 minutes. Once it hardens, carefully demold your piece and leave it to fully cure. And just like that, you've made your first Amalite creation
The Starter Kit contains enough materials to make approximately 4-5 pieces using the hexagon coaster and bubble tray.
While the materials are non-toxic, we recommend supervision for children under 12 due to the mixing and pouring process.
Pieces will be firm enough to demold after 30-45 minutes, but we recommend letting them cure for 2-3 days for maximum durability.
