Amalite CCL 111 is a robust polymer composite designed for both indoor and outdoor usage. This product stands out for its flexibility in outdoor applications, as it can be used with or without a sealer. Its unique properties make it ideal for creating small planters, landscape decorations, and other durable art pieces. The composite’s amazing pigment dispersion, fine detailing capabilities, and readiness for dip colouring and dip dye techniques make it a versatile choice for various creative projects.
Amalite CCL 111 also supports a range of decorative finishes. By incorporating Amalite Chip Flakes and Colored Aggregates, you can achieve stunning terrazzo effects and other textured finishes. Amalite CCL 111 Lite comes with a mineral powder base and a polymerbased liquid. For optimal results, the mixing ratio is 2.5 parts powder base to 1 part liquid base. (Please adjust the mixture to be thick or thin in accordance with the intricacy of the mould). While hand mixing is possible, using a drill with a mixing blade is preferred to achieve the best consistency and performance. Proper mixing ensures the composite’s optimal performance and longevity.
