Amalite MCL 777 is our premium polymer-modified micro cement casting compound. This advanced formulation is pre-pigmented and available in a variety of colours and textures, making it highly versatile and suitable for a wide range of applications. Micro cement, known for its fine particle size and smooth finish, combines the aesthetic qualities of cement with enhanced durability and ease of use.
Amalite MCL 777 can be used in any environment, whether indoor or outdoor, and offers
excellent performance with or without the application of Amalite sealers. However, applying this sealer the performance of product is increased in the outdoors. This compound works similarly to traditional concrete but with the performance of added benefits due to its polymer modification, which enhances its strength, flexibility, and adhesion properties. This makes it ideal for both beginners and more experienced users, offering a wide range of applications from decorative to structural elements.
Amalite MCL 777 comes with a mineral powder base and a polymer-based liquid. For optimal results, the mixing ratio is 2 parts powder base to 0.8 parts liquid base. (Please adjust the mixture to be thick or thin in accordance with the intricacy of the mould). While hand mixing is possible, using a drill with a mixing blade is preferred to achieve the best consistency and performance. Proper mixing ensures the composite’s optimal performance and longevity.
