Amalite CCL 222 is an economical and less dense alternative to Amalite CCL 333 Premium. This product is versatile and can be spray-applied and coated onto EPS panels. Once fully cured, it can be easily carved and used as a filler for architectural products made from various Amalite materials, such as wall panels and columns. Amalite CCL 222 can also be finished with fine sanding for a smooth surface. However, it is not to be used for exterior.
Amalite CCL 222 is designed for advanced users and applications. It works seamlessly with Amalite additives, which are offered separately, enhancing its versatility and performance. This product is intended exclusively for indoor use, ensuring a high-quality finish for interior projects.
: Amalite CCL 222 Lite comes with a mineral powder base and a polymerbased liquid. For optimal results, the mixing ratio is 2.5 parts powder base to 1 parts liquid base. (Please adjust the mixture to be thick or thin in accordance with the intricacy of the mould). While hand mixing is possible, using a drill with a mixing blade is preferred to achieve the best consistency and performance. Proper mixing ensures the composite’s optimal performance and longevity.
