Amalite CCL 333 Premium Casting Composite is the most versatile casting compound in our range. It can mimic a variety of materials and textures, making it the go-to compound for the most challenging moulds. This compound can be used in conjunction with polypropylene fibre and glass fibre if desired, enhancing its strength and versatility. The range of applications is only limited by your imagination, making it an excellent choice for both artistic and
functional projects.
Whether you are working on detailed sculptures, architectural elements, or intricate decorations, Amalite CCL 333 Premium delivers exceptional results. Its superior formulation allows for fine detailing and amazing pigment dispersion, ready for advanced techniques such as dip colouring and dip dye. Additionally, by incorporating Amalite Chip Flakes and Coloured Aggregates, you can create stunning terrazzo finishes.
Amalite CCL 333 Premium comes with a mineral powder base and a
polymer-based liquid. For optimal results, the mixing ratio is 2 parts powder base to 1 part liquid base. (Please adjust the ratio according to your mould). While hand mixing is possible, using a drill with a mixing blade is preferred to achieve the best consistency and performance. Proper mixing ensures the composite’s optimal performance and longevity.
